Pricing FAQ
What's the difference between Basic and Advanced Self-Serve?
Basic ($49) covers a single OpenClaw instance with standard security on GCP, plus an interactive step-by-step setup guide and 14-point security health check. Advanced ($79) adds PicoClaw support, multi-channel setup (Telegram, etc.), backup scripts, auto-updates, and the Tailscale paranoid security configuration.
What happens during the 45-minute Guided Setup call?
We join a screen-share with you, run the deployment on your server together, verify all 14 security checks pass, and answer any questions. After the call, you get 7 days of follow-up support and a 30-day warranty check-in to make sure everything is still running smoothly.
What does "Fully Managed" actually mean?
We get limited access to your cloud account (AWS/GCP/Azure) via an IAM role, provision the infrastructure, deploy OpenClaw, and handle all ongoing maintenance. We run daily health checks, monthly security audits, and automatically apply updates. You get a dedicated support channel and a 24-hour SLA for security incidents.
Do you store my API keys?
Never. Self-Serve packages use Docker secrets — your keys are injected at runtime, never stored in config files. For Managed and Hardware tiers, we set up secrets management on YOUR infrastructure. We never have access to your LLM provider keys.
Can I upgrade from Self-Serve to Guided or Managed later?
Yes. If you start with Self-Serve and later want help, you can book a Guided Setup call. We'll review your existing deployment and help you upgrade. The Self-Serve price is not credited, but we'll ensure a smooth transition.
What if I want a refund?
Self-Serve packages are non-refundable since you receive the files immediately. For Guided Setup, if we can't successfully deploy during the call, you get a full refund. For Managed, you can cancel the monthly subscription at any time.
